Now specializing in real estate sales Lynn brings her keen business sense, marketing abilities and creativity to this partnership.
Vita Kalns was involved in the film industry for ten years where she spearheaded services for local and international productions which demanded efficiency and detailed multitasking. She has traveled extensively and lived in Hong Kong where she was a partner in a successful event production company. A graduate of University of Victoria, Vita comes from a family where residential developments, architecture, design and construction management are daily routines.
Bruce comes with almost 30 years of experience in the real estate investment and development industry, having held senior executive positions with three Vancouver based development companies. Bruce has also been co-owner of an award winning downtown B&B. He has a deep-rooted sense of integrity, which combined with his keen interest in architecture and design and his broad knowledge of construction makes him a perfect fit for our team. Born and raised in Vancouver’s West Side, he has a Bachelor of Commerce from UBC with a double major in Urban Land and Marketing. He is a classic sports car lover, an avid boater and along with his golden retriever enjoys all that Vancouver living has to offer.
